  Horrible- no star as far as I am concerned! We stopped at this gas bar on June 10th, our way to West Virginia. I bought one coffee ( also got an extra cup)and a bottle of water. My husband paid for it and when we exited the store, my husband said that was expensive for one coffee and one water. The bill was 6.10. I went back in because I noticed she charged me for 2 coffees but I only got one. She said yes I did charge you for 2 coffees because you took an extra cup. WHAT??? 1.99 for an extra cup. I told her I didn't know I had to pay for an extra cup and she said so when you get two cups any where else do you pay for them? I said NO, they are free. I asked her how come she didn't tell me that I had to pay for the cup and she said, I didn't know I had to. I told her she could have the cup back and she said NO, you took it outside, I can't take it back. She refused to give me my money back and started talking to another customer. I told her internet is a great thing these days. I went outside and told my husband she refused to give me back our money so my husband went in. She said to him I was going to give her back her money but she left- not the case at all. She was down right rude to me about the whole thing. My husband said since you charged us for this as a second coffee, I am going to get a coffee and she said fine, whatever. Nice customer service...NOT! Stay clear of this place.
