The store itself has a selection that rivals the big chains, and the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The product was installed at my home the day after it arrived in store. The installers were top notch and did a perfect job! I would recommend Carpet Store Plus to others!

He sent a mexican flooring crew to my house who looked VERY unprofessional and quite frankly, I was kind of afraid for my safety and the safety of my belongings. I paid top dollar and they sent bottom dollar and pocketed the difference. I've heard good things about the other salesman that work there, but steer clear of Jonathan. Buyer beware.
